PE

PE tubes with mono-layer, 2-layers, or 3-layers are seamlessly extruded from polyethylene. We use PE-HD (High-Density Polyethylene), PE-LD (Low-Density Polyethylene), PE-LLD (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene), or a combination of the above to achieve the desired feel. Mono-layer plastic tubes are ideal for products that do not have specific requirements concerning barriers.

COEX

Co-extruded tubes are seamless PE tubes with up to five layers, also called multi-layer tubes. They usually come with a barrier layer made of EVOH and/or sandwiched PCR material. They protect well against oxygen, gases, solvents, and oils. Compared to PE mono-layer tubes, COEX tubes with EVOH are less permeable and more resistant to chemicals, which fits well with more demanding formulas.

PBL

Plastic-Barrier-Laminated tubes consist of a thin-walled multi-layer flat substrate made of blown film, extruded film, or adhesive film laminates with up to 7 layers. The barrier used is usually EVOH. Our laminate tubes have an overlapping seam. When squeezed, they collapse. They are the right good choice for small-budget products in the sectors of DIY, arts and colors, or mass toiletries.
